Our training services

Daily course structure

Courses kick off at 10 am, with registration from 9.30-9.45 am.
We have a short tea-break at 11.15 to 11.30am.
Lunch is at 1pm 'til 2pm.
Afternoon break is from 3.15 to 3.30pm.

The courses finish at approximately 4.30, allowing up to 30 minutes after this for questions or revisions.

Timing

We always advise our clients to have at least one 'day of rest' between lengthy courses. Some of our training courses can be intensive, and it is best to practice what has have learned each day over the course of the next 24 hours, in order to crystallise the information more efficiently. We strongly advise customers against a full week of mixed software courses, though we will book students in, if they insist.

Course Dates

We are very flexible with our dates system. We understand that those in the design and marketing professions work to tight deadlines and these can change. We invite our clients to send us a choice of half a dozen preferable dates, when booking. We will choose a date from your selection and confirm both the booking and date in our reply.

Cancelling a course

Cancellation notice is required 48 working hours in advance of course commencement.If cancellation is made within this 48 hour period, your company / you will be charged 50% of the course fee. We apologise for the high rate but once a course is fully booked it is often very difficult to allocate the dates to other students within such a short space of time. If another client is especially flexible and we can swap your course at such short notice without impinging on them, there will be no charge. The cancellation fee helps us cover our administrative costs, and loss of earnings for the day.
